Probably the most deluxe of Bora Bora’s resorts, the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort lines a powder fine private beach near the west coast French Polynesian town of Vaitape, on one of the most beautiful islands in the world.
It is the first in the region to have a spa occupying its own private island. The 100 all-suite units offer a luxurious take on Tahitian tradition, with sliding wooden louvered doors opening onto water views. The stilted beach front villas are fronted by an aquamarine lagoon; behind lie lush tropical slopes and valleys of dense forest.
At 1,550 square feet, the 32 Over Water villas are the largest set in the Pacific, each beautifully designed in exotic woods and marble. The most luxurious villa is The Royal Estate – three lavish pavilions set around a pool, with a spa, sauna, a chef’s kitchen and private beach. The St. Regis Butler Service is offered in all the resort’s villas - simply press the "butler" button on your telephone.
Suspended over water, the Lagoon Restaurant gives remarkable views of Mount Otemanu, while Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s menu arguably offers some of the finest gastronomic experiences in all of French Polynesia. Sushi Take, meanwhile is the first sushi restaurant in Bora Bora.

The villas have varying degrees of modern comforts such as private pools, terraces, gazebos, outdoor gardens and showers, and Jacuzzis.
